Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Body Worship. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

Cancellation policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We kindly ask you to give us notice of changes or cancellation to your appointment.

Arrival time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to fill out consent forms and or get settled in your space. We would never want to cut into any of your valued allotted appointment time.

late arrivals

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. If you arrive 20 minutes late or more to your appointment, you may have to reschedule or have a shortened service but will still be charged the full amount.

prices & gratuities

Published prices do not include sales tax or gratuity. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected. It is customary to include 15-20% gratuity. 

We accept Venmo and Cash.
