Katie is a 500 hour RYT certified yoga instructor. She trained at the feet of monks, gurus and masters from the heart of yoga, India and plans to share this deep inner knowing and wisdom with her students through holistic practices including yoga, meditation and breathwork. Her mission is to contribute to the collective wellbeing and consciousness of the world through practices that evoke healing, authenticity , exploration and transfomation. She believes everything is interconnected and has a ripple affect - that when you are able to do the inner work you can create the outer impact and contribute to making the world a better place.
Nicol is a writer, reiki master, and 200HR yoga instructor. After experiencing chronic illness in her early 20’s, Nicol sought yoga as a way to find healing. Today, it’s Nicol’s mission to honor and educate others about the roots of yoga, all while empowering her students to be their best selves on and off the mat. Whether through her 1:1 sessions, yoga classes, workshops, or retreats, Nicol’s aim is to inspire her clients to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually — all with a big loving smile. Sarena has been a vegan chef for 7 years and enjoys creating meals made from whole plant foods with local ingredients and believes health starts on our plates
Hoku is a born and raised native Hawaiian who will be sharing the roots of her culture, through lei making and hula dancing
Emily has a love of movement and connection. Celebrating the in-between time - transitions where we transcend time through breath and presence. 11 years of teaching and she’s still enamored by the practice of yoga and it’s capacity to unveil the light in all beings. Emily’s background in dance gives students a uniquely dynamic, rhythmic, and fluid class experience. She years to provide a class environment where people feel free to explore their range of motion and ever-expanding perspectives.
Madyson uses the support of Amazonian Medicines, holotropic breath work, and immersive sound therapy to create an immersive cellular, somatic and shamanic healing journey. She guides a traverse across the shamanic three world chakana, to explore our inner subconscious worlds and dissolve blockages and expand into love within our minds. She guides a path to embodying the true individual essence of our hearts, cleansing stagnancy and blocked energies, and opening to unique emotional expressions and experiences.
Bri combines dance and movement therapy for an immersive journey of inner and outer exploration. This practice is a uniquely guided movement meditation and powerful collective experience held in nature. She creates a place to explore within and set yourself free to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, play in the outdoors, and discover your wise and wild nature.
